Shipping Policy

At Field Foot, we ship to countries across Europe and North America with full tracking and customer support.

1. Shipping Options & Estimated Delivery

  • Europe: 7 to 14 business days after shipment.
  • North America (United States & Canada): 8 to 16 business days after shipment.

2. Processing & Handling Time

Orders are processed withinย 2 to 7 business days after payment confirmation.ย Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor delivery.

โš ๏ธ Please note: During busy seasons (such as holidays, sales, or major sporting events), delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as customs inspections, shipping congestion, or postal strikes.

3. Import Fees

No import or customs fees will be charged to the customer. If any fees arise, they are fully covered by Field Foot.

4. Incorrect Address

It is the customer's responsibility to enter correct shipping information. If the address is incorrect or incomplete:

  • If your order has not been shipped yet, you can request a correction within 1 business day after purchase at no additional cost.
  • If the order has already been shipped or returned due to an incorrect address, please contact us so we can calculate the reshipping fee for your specific case. This fee may be up to 50% of the total order value, but could be lower depending on the situation.

5. Returns & Exchanges

Europe: you may withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days of receipt without giving a reason (see Terms & Conditions).

North America: you may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order for damaged/defective items or incorrect order fulfillment.

Customized items cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, except in cases of defect or Field Foot's error.

6. Important Notes

  • We do not accept exchanges due to incorrect sizing. A size chart is available on every product page.
  • Refunds cannot be processed while the package is still in transit.
