Field Foot acts as a trusted intermediary between the customer and our manufacturing and logistics partners. Our role is to process orders, provide customer support, and coordinate delivery from order confirmation through to your doorstep.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. A breach or violation of any of these Terms will result in immediate termination of your access to our Services.
You understand that your information (not including payment information) may be transferred unencrypted over various networks and adapted to technical requirements of connecting networks or devices. Payment information is always encrypted during transfer.
The headings used in this agreement are included for convenience only and will not limit or otherwise affect these Terms.

All products displayed on our website are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue or modify products, prices, descriptions, or promotions at any time without prior notice.
We make every effort to display product colors and details accurately; however, slight differences may occur depending on screen settings and manufacturing batches.

5. Orders, Payments & Prices
Once an order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. Orders are only processed after payment approval.
All prices on this website are displayed in British Pounds (GBP, ยฃ) and are subject to change without notice.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order suspected of fraud, unauthorized activity, or violation of these Terms & Conditions. We may also limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, household, or order at our discretion.
6. Accuracy of Billing and Account Information
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all orders placed with us, including your email address and payment details, so that we can complete your transaction and contact you if needed.
7. Shipping & Delivery
Estimated delivery times below are counted from the shipment confirmation (i.e., from the date your order is dispatched and you receive your tracking information), and vary by region:
- Europe: 7 to 14 business days after shipment confirmation.
- North America (United States & Canada): 8 to 16 business days after shipment confirmation.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance, carrier delays, weather conditions, or high-demand periods. Field Foot is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs authorities, or incorrect information provided by the customer.
8. Right of Withdrawal, Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
European Union: You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 calendar days without giving any reason, in accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU. The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day you (or a third party indicated by you) receive the goods. To exercise this right, you must inform us of your decision before the withdrawal period expires. We will reimburse all payments received, including standard delivery costs, without undue delay.
North America: Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery, subject to our Refund & Returns Policy. There is no statutory right of withdrawal in these regions; this window is a commercial policy of Field Foot.
All regions โ personalized items: Customized products (name, number, or patches) are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund based on withdrawal/change of mind, since they are made to order and cannot be resold. This does not affect your right to a replacement or refund if the item arrives defective or the personalization was applied incorrectly.
Refunds cannot be processed while the package is still in transit.
9. Import Duties & Customs Fees
No import or customs fees will be charged to the customer. If any such fees arise, they are fully covered by Field Foot.
10. Third-Party Links
Our website may contain links to third-party websites that are not affiliated with us. We are not responsible for examining or evaluating the content, accuracy, products, or services of these third parties, and we will not have any liability for any transactions made in connection with them. Please review the third party's own policies before engaging in any transaction with them.
11. User Comments & Feedback
If you send us reviews, comments, suggestions, or other submissions, you agree that we may use, edit, publish, and distribute them without restriction or compensation to you. This does not deprive EU consumers of the protection afforded by mandatory provisions of the law of their country of residence.
