5. Right of Withdrawal, Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

European Union: You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 calendar days without giving any reason, in accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU. The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day you (or a third party indicated by you) receive the goods. To exercise this right, you must inform us of your decision before the withdrawal period expires. We will reimburse all payments received, including standard delivery costs, without undue delay.

North America: Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery, subject to our Refund & Returns Policy. There is no statutory right of withdrawal in these regions; this window is a commercial policy of Field Foot.

All regions — personalized items: Customized products (name, number, or patches) are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund based on withdrawal/change of mind, since they are made to order and cannot be resold. This does not affect your right to a replacement or refund if the item arrives defective or the personalization was applied incorrectly.

Refunds cannot be processed while the package is still in transit.

6. Import Duties & Customs Fees

No import or customs fees will be charged to the customer. If any such fees arise, they are fully covered by Field Foot.
